BUSHCAT BUILD

Eagle’s Wings is providing a unique one-of-a-kind opportunity for local high school students to work with and learn alongside our team of pilots and mechanics in building a SkyReach BushCat light sport aircraft.

Indigenous students from PCI and Westpark School in Portage la Prairie are gaining valuable hands-on experience and learning a host of mechanical skills while building an airplane that they will one day be able to fly.

The build team meets as a weekly after-school program to construct an airplane from plans and thousands of component pieces. We intend this project to span the course of three school years and when complete, the airplane will be flown by EWFS students and instructors.

We are currently fundraising for this build program and seeking the financial support of generous and like minded individuals and organizations.
